User Generated Content – Community Guidelines

To ensure that the Credit Sesame community remains focused on financial wellness, we request that you limit your comments to credit, savings, and other general financial matters. Also, please make sure that your comments are relevant to the particular community topic board or forum.

Be a Team Player

We welcome a variety of opinions and perspectives, but all in the spirit of teamwork. Please be courteous and respectful when responding to your fellow Credit Sesame members, especially when there is content shared that you might not agree with. More specifically:

  • Do not post or link to content that is considered offensive, hateful, or abusive. 
  • Do not post or link to content that is sexually explicit or contains profanity.
  • Do not misidentify yourself or your affiliation. 

If you find content that you believe to be misleading or false, please help us and your community by reporting the submission.

Be Protective of Your Personal Information

Please be aware that any content submitted is readily available to the public. Be conscious of protecting any personal or identifiable information and do not post or share personal data. This includes credit card or banking information, social security numbers, home addresses, and any other information that can directly or indirectly trace back to you.

Be Compliant
